Our medical standards
Labs before hormone therapy
Before prescribing testosterone, bioidentical HRT, or related therapies, your provider requires baseline labs. If you don't have recent results, we can direct you to affordable lab options before your prescription is finalized.
Titration philosophy
We start low and increase slowly. Your provider holds you at the lowest effective dose rather than pushing toward a maximum, adjusting based on your response and side effects at each check-in.
When we decline
If your history shows a contraindication, if labs don't support the therapy, or if a treatment simply isn't the right fit, your provider declines to prescribe and your visit fee is refunded. We treat every intake as a medical decision, not a transaction.
Ongoing monitoring
Every refill is reviewed before it ships, not auto-approved. Your provider watches for changes in your reported symptoms and will request follow-up labs when your treatment calls for them.
Pharmacy standards
Every prescription is compounded and shipped by US-licensed compounding pharmacies. We work only with pharmacies that meet strict sourcing, sterility, and quality-control standards, and we audit that relationship continually.
Ready when you are
Prescription treatment. Prescribed only when clinically appropriate, as determined by a licensed provider. Individual results vary.
