This Privacy Policy explains how Longevix MD (“Longevix,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit our website or use our services. For information specifically about your protected health information (PHI) as a patient, see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls where it conflicts with this policy.
Contact details such as name, email, phone and shipping address; account credentials; health history, symptoms, current medications and other information submitted during intake; payment information (processed by our payment provider, not stored in full by us); and any messages you send to support or your provider.
Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, referring source, and interactions with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4.
Health information you submit as part of intake, consultation or treatment, such as your medical history, symptoms, prescriptions and lab results, is protected health information (PHI) and is handled under HIPAA and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information such as general website analytics, marketing preferences, or an email address collected before you become a patient is generally not PHI and is governed by this Privacy Policy. Where non-PHI is combined with PHI, we treat the combined data as PHI.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use Longevix MD, including through analytics and advertising partners. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.
We do not use PHI for advertising or analytics purposes. Analytics and advertising cookies operate on non-PHI browsing behavior only, such as pages viewed before you become a patient.
We do not sell your health information.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Patients also have specific rights regarding PHI described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, including the right to request access to and amendment of your medical record.

We retain medical records for the period required by applicable state law, generally a minimum of several years after your last treatment, and account and billing information for as long as needed for legal, tax and operational purposes. We retain non-essential data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who may view PHI. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
