Our policy
Approval is never guaranteed. If your provider determines a treatment isn't clinically appropriate for you, you are not charged for medication and your visit fee is refunded in full. Prescription treatment is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, as determined by a licensed provider.

We do not bill insurance directly. Pricing shown is the full cash price for your visit and medication. Some patients use HSA or FSA funds to pay.
Compounding cost, dose, and form all affect price. The starting price shown for each category reflects our lowest-cost option in that category, your provider will confirm exact pricing for the treatment and dose that fits you.
