FAQ
Straight answers about how Longevix MD works, from provider review to what lands on your doorstep.
Longevix MD connects you with board-certified providers licensed in your state for weight loss, hormone, longevity, sexual health and peptide therapy. You complete an online intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate, medication ships from a US-licensed pharmacy.
Yes. Every prescription is issued by a licensed provider after reviewing your intake, and every medication is dispensed by a US-licensed pharmacy. Nothing ships without a valid prescription.
Most patients complete intake in about five to ten minutes. You will answer questions about your health history, current medications and goals so your provider has what they need to make a safe decision.
Not usually. Your provider reviews your written intake and, where your history calls for it, may follow up by message or a brief call before prescribing.
Coverage depends on where your provider is licensed and where compounding pharmacies can ship. Your intake will confirm availability in your state before you pay for anything.
Yes. Many patients use Longevix MD alongside their primary care provider. Tell us about your other treatments and providers so we can check for interactions.
Most intakes are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a message as soon as a decision is made, whether that is an approval or a request for more information.
If your provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate, you are not charged for medication and your visit fee is refunded in full. They will explain why and, where possible, suggest an alternative path.
Yes. Every intake is reviewed individually by a licensed provider. Nothing is auto-approved, and no prescription is issued without that review.
Yes. Ongoing messaging is included with every plan so you can report side effects, ask questions or request a dose adjustment between scheduled reviews.
It depends on the treatment. Hormone therapy generally requires bloodwork. If labs are needed, your provider will tell you exactly what to get and how to submit results.
Board-certified physicians and licensed nurse practitioners, each licensed in the state where you are located, prescribing within their scope of practice.
Once your prescription is issued, treatment ships free from a US-licensed pharmacy and typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days.

Most shipments do not require a signature, but this can vary by medication and carrier. Tracking details are sent to you as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy.
Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold packaging and insulation. Refrigerate on arrival if your instructions call for it.
Yes, from your account before your next order ships. Message support if an order is already in transit and needs to be redirected.
Contact us right away with photos if possible. We will work with the pharmacy to replace it at no additional cost.
