How it works
From your first question to your first delivery, every step is reviewed by a licensed provider and nothing ships without their sign-off.
01
A five-minute intake about your health, your history, and what you're hoping to change. No waiting rooms, no phone tag, no appointments to schedule around.

02
A board-certified provider reviews your intake within 24 to 48 hours. They check for contraindications, confirm the treatment fits your history, and prescribe only when it's clinically appropriate.

03
Once approved, your treatment is compounded by a US-licensed pharmacy and shipped free in plain, unmarked packaging. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 days.

Beyond the first box
Care doesn't end when your order ships. Every plan includes ongoing provider oversight for as long as you're a patient.
Ongoing care
Your provider stays assigned to your case, not a rotating queue. They see your full history at every check-in.
Refills
Refills are reviewed and shipped automatically on your plan's cadence, no re-ordering required.
Messaging your provider
Ask questions, report side effects, or flag concerns any time through secure messaging. Most replies land within a business day.
Dose adjustments
If your response calls for a change, your provider adjusts your dose and the pharmacy fills the new prescription on your next cycle.
Cancel anytime
No contracts, no cancellation fee. Pause or cancel from your account and it takes effect on your next billing date.

Our standard
Every intake is reviewed by a board-certified provider, and approval is never guaranteed. If a treatment isn't clinically appropriate for you, your provider declines to prescribe it and your visit fee is refunded in full.
We don't treat a completed intake as a sale. We treat it as a medical decision. That means some visits end in a no, and we think that's exactly how it should work. A telehealth company that approves everyone isn't practicing medicine, it's running a storefront. We built Longevix to be the former.
Read the fine print belowQuestions
Most patients complete the intake in under five minutes and hear back from a provider within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, treatment typically arrives 3 to 5 days after that.
If a provider determines treatment isn't clinically appropriate for you, you are not charged for medication and your visit fee is refunded in full. We would rather say no than prescribe something that isn't right for you.
Most reviews are handled asynchronously from your written intake. Your provider may request a video visit if they need more information before deciding.
No. Every order ships in plain, unmarked outer packaging from a US-licensed pharmacy. Nothing on the box identifies the contents.
Yes. Message your provider any time. If a change is appropriate, they update your prescription and the new dose ships on your next cycle.
